Jon Erickson, President
With over 18 years of construction experience, Jon has been fortunate enough to see more in the construction world than most his age. With a fast start into the government contracting world, Jon had to make a decision as to whether or not he was going to get good or get gone! As you can see he chose "getting good". With over $200MM in successfully completed projects, Jon is able to offer multiple approaches to the contract, take on challenges with confidence and overcome hurdles that are thrown into the day to days of construction.
Matt Erickson, Construction Manager
Matthew E. Erickson - Construction Manager
Matt is retired from the US Army. He has served his country, both in the US and abroad. His multiple tours have given Matt a knowledge of leadership, loyalty and structure. Matt has joined the HMS team and is bringing his knowledge and experience with him. He is not afraid of a challenge, he welcomes criticism and welcomes tough projects. With the addition of Matt to the team, HMS has branched out to the Southeast (Alabama and Georgia) and is able to cover the projects that we have nationwide with ease.
